Is the SaveSAU Coalition seeking money from the University?
No. The only remedy sought in the SaveSAU Coalition lawsuit is removal of the current SAU Board of Trustees. If it is uncovered that any trustee enriched themselves off of Saint Augustine's University, the lawsuit may be amended to seek payment from the trustee to be paid back to the University.

Is the SAU National Alumni Association a plaintiff in the lawsuit?
No. The SAU National Alumni Association is not a plaintiff in the SaveSAU Coalition lawsuit to remove the board of trustees. However, the SAU NAA is a supporter of the SaveSAU resolution.
